George has over 20 years of experience in the parking industry, first focusing on managing the parking operations of class-A office garage facilities and comparable top-tier parking operations across the continental United States. He prides himself on deep domain knowledge of the event parking space and providing a comprehensive suite of services both software and hardware to support his clientele across virtually every major sports league and venue management company.
Through his leadership, ParkHub is now the established leader in integrated parking management solutions, payments, and data analytics. The bottom line: ParkHub’s customers become more profitable while making sports fans and concert-goers happier.
George is a true believer in process. In his life’s work, at ParkHub and his portfolio investments via 2 the Moon Ventures, his track record is one of seeing the future and making it happen today. He specializes in launching businesses from scratch and elevating them into multimillion-dollar enterprises.
George’s investments have transcended the parking industry, seeing him support founders with diverse ventures in the technology, apparel, food & beverage, sports & entertainment, and commercial real estate.
He is the founder of the Stadia Confederation, a think tank composed of sports & entertainment industry executives dedicated to driving fan experience through technology. George is also a partner in the Belclaire Companies, a full-service real estate development, investment, management, and brokerage firm.
George proudly holds five patents in innovative technology across the parking, sports, and entertainment sectors. His commitment to revolutionizing each industry he engages with is unwavering. George Baker is a 2003 graduate of the University of Arizona, with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Regional Development and City Planning focusing on sustainability and environmental design.
When he’s not leading and advising entrepreneurial teams, he’s at his home in Dallas, Texas, spending time with his wife Chelsey and their two children, George II and Kuper. George is a proud Eagle Scout and Cubmaster, Past Worshipful Master of his Texas Masonic Lodge, and devoted member of the Highland Park United Methodist Church congregation.
